WELCOME TO BRECON SCAFFOLDING
Please read our story so far and how our well established, family run company which has been operating since 1995 grew from our humble beginnings into our new look Brand covering exclusively Mid Wales, West Wales, South Wales, Hereford, Worcester & Shropshire.
In 1995 Robbie John and Victoria Rodell identified a shortfall in the scaffolding and access services provided within the Breconshire & Radnorshire area, and so Brecon scaffolding was created to provide scaffolding solutions within those areas of Mid Wales
Trading from a rented piece of ground at the foot of the Crug in Brecon, Brecon scaffolding quickly began to build a portfolio of clients within the Brecon area, many of whom we are still trading with today, over the following years Robbie & Victoria’s ethos of providing a personal solution for scaffolding and access problems, safely, on time and on budget saw the business grow into the Counties of Radnorshire and Monmouthshire expanding the client base from Ystradgynlais to Abergavenny and Rhayader to Merthyr Tydfil

By 2005 the company had grown to the size where it was necessary to expand the administration side of the business, So Mike Wangiel was brought into the office to assist Robbie John with the surveying, estimating and work schedules,
In 2007 Brecon Scaffolding purchased a half an acre of industrial ground on the Three Cocks Industrial Estate, and developed it in to a purpose built scaffolding depot and offices
A year later in 2008 the Credit Crunch and the Global recession and Banking Crisis was taking a hold on the Construction Industry which had a huge effect on our local market and saw the pipeline of work drastically reduced. Brecon Scaffolding realised that to survive and indeed try and continue the pattern of growth in these testing times it would need to adopt a different trading strategy and so the company started to expand it`s operations into Herefordshire and South Wales which is covered with ease from our main depot in Three Cocks.
And so five years later in 2013 The company has over doubled again and now employs 18 full time site staff, 4 full time office and administration staff and 3 full time staff in the yard
The company now provides scaffolding and access solutions on a daily basis to South, West and Mid Wales, Hereford and Worcester and Shropshire and to service this different way of trading from that back in 1995 a new trading vehicle has been established to better reflect the way we do business in 2013 and so Scaffolding Services.com was created, to incorporate Brecon Scaffolding Services, Hereford Scaffolding Services and South Wales Scaffolding Services.

Brecon Scaffolding main aims within the future of the business is to maintain the position of the South Wales & Borders most premier scaffold, access and safety provider constantly maintaining its safety working conditions and systems of work for all employees, while also providing all employees with the most up to date and efficient training within the industry.
We are committed to develop and maintain a highly trained, experienced and motivated workforce from all involved, from yard and office staff right through to the operatives out in the front line who maintain the integrity of the company while dealing with the general public through politeness and their ever helpful manner.
Management will strive to continue with working practices to design, plan and execute our work with the highest regard for the safety of all employees and any others that may be affected by our activities, while maintaining a suitably surpervised and managed workforce to ensure the execution and delivery of projects on time and within budget at all times, but also not allowing safety to be sacrificed at any cost.
Scaffolding Services.com will also remain focused on developing and producing ways of assisting all its customers from initial enquiry right through to completion with a strategy that will enable us to offer a greater breadth of service that will far exceed that offered by any other of the company's competitors and ensure that we can provide a quality service that constantly exceeds our customers's expectations, using the wealth of experience already gained while operating within this specialist market. The Management Team expect to continue to have foresight to anticipate changes within the industry that need to be acted upon to continue our strong hold where safety is considered a factor not a burden. The assurance of quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by Design Scaffolding and our continued support to all the trade organisations we are affiliated to can only strengthen the belief.
